Frank Quinn
Frank Quinn possesses more than 35 years of varied, high-level,
hands-on experience in a variety of business environments. As a highly skilled
marketing, merchandising and operations executive, He has extensive experience
in sales and marketing, purchasing and supply chain, brand management, food
service, and multi-site operations.
In his most recent convenience store position, as Vice President of Marketing, he spearheaded the marketing and merchandising efforts for Mid-Atlantic Convenience Stores (MACS), a leading convenience store operator in Maryland and Virginia with a network of approximately 300 company-owned and dealer-operated locations. Responsibilities included creating the marketing and advertising plan, leading the category management team to include new product development and supply chain management, internal and external communications, and store design and layouts.
While at Sunoco APlus, a convenience store chain which includes 700+ corporately operated and franchise stores, He led the marketing team in the redevelopment of the food and food service program. His categories represented over $50 million in sales annually for the organization. Responsibilities included supplier negotiations, product and program development, field training and supply chain management.
Frank also worked with Aramark and provided the overall vision, planning and direction to campus food service directors responsible for retail and residential restaurants throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. Working in partnership with clients, I developed the strategic plans for the retail and dining service programs to insure the highest customer satisfaction.
Additionally, as Division Vice President with 7-Eleven, he maintained full profit and loss responsibility for 502 stores, located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. The Mid-Atlantic Division had revenues of over $711,000,000 in sales, and operating earnings of $42,000,000. He also helped 7-Eleven develop a commissary and distribution network delivering fresh food daily to locations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic area of the country.
